The planning permissions for the North Plot (21/00570/OUT) and South Plot (21/01005/FUL & 25/00245/NMA) have been granted by Winchester City Council.

 

Dicentra and its team would like to express thanks and appreciation to all involved including Taylor Wimpey, Winchester City Council, Hampshire County Council, Newlands Parish Council, residents and the local community for their assistance and support towards achieving this important milestone.

 

The local planning authority has attached planning conditions to the planning permissions, requiring further details in relation to the design, construction process and operations of the proposed development at Newlands Business Park before construction work can proceed. Residents and the local community will have an opportunity to make representations on these details at the appropriate time.
